Pigato wine features a straw yellow color. The olfactory profile is characterised by characteristic aromas of Mediterranean scrub and medicinal herbs, which open up as much as notes of white bouquets, fruit, and iodine hints. The palate is harmonious and well balanced, with reasonable acidity, fruity aromas of excellent depth, plus a mineral vein.
